Retail HQ Launch Campaign
Over several years, alphabroder made significant investments in acquiring agreements to sell prominent retail brands such as Under Armour, Puma, Columbia, and Spyder, among others. The Marketing and Creative teams were tasked with creating a hub where our customers could access all of these brands in one central location: Retail HQ.
This was the first large-scale campaign I worked on in my new role as Director of Creative Services. The team was newly formed, with designers from across the company now centralized in one department. My goal was to transform the department into a true in-house agency. This campaign became an all-hands-on-deck project, where I assigned roles based on talent, experience, and the desire to be challenged. It was an opportunity to break down silos and foster collaboration.
While we created a successful multi-season campaign—including a catalog, multiple landing pages, sales flyers, videos, emails, and social media content—most importantly, this project brought the team together and strengthened our collaborative culture for the years to come.
